I haven't got it either.

I phoned them Tuesday and the team that I talked to could not see the problem so they escalated it. I was promised an email by the end of Wednesday with the resolution. It is now near the end of Friday and if I don't get a reply within the next 3hrs it won't be before Monday.

It is in the digital archive if you look there but it is not the same quality.

No, you are both right. I just get the April issue.

I have emailed MTM IT Support as Beth Ashby doesn't work on Fridays.

That's odd, I've got the May digital copy. It arrived on Monday as I expected.

Very odd! We may have to wait until after the weekend as MTM IT doesn't have access to Pocketmags.

I only get April on my PC and my Tablet.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I read mine on this site, I've never used pocket mags, and didn't see any reference to it on this thread. Is it Pocket mags that's the problem?

Yes.

You get a better quality on Pocketmags. The archive, whilst very welcome & useful, is definitely lower quality.

Yes Pocket Mags better options as you can download it and read offline, however you only have access from when your Digi subscription started, unlike here which goes back to I think 2007

It would be nice to have pocket mags actually publish in a reasonable time frame. It is now May, the paper copy has been out since April 21st, having just this minute checked my pocketmags link, it has yet to appear.

Malcolm, as per the recent posts, there is clearly a problem. Beth told me during the week that there had been technical issues with the files but she understood that these had been resolved by last Monday. Obviously there is still something wrong as the files can be seen on the MTM server but not on Pocketmags. Like many MTM employees, Beth is on shortened working hours and was not in the office yesterday. I contacted MTM IT support but they don't get involved with Pocketmags so will need to sort things out with Beth on Monday.

From Pocketmags "Unfortunately, it seems that the publisher is a little late uploading this issue to our system. I am currently awaiting a response on when they expect to correct this, so will update you as soon as I have more information."

So as Colin say there appears to be a problem which is being looked into, do not expect much until after the BH. But it is available on here. Things happen..

Yes things happen. One measure is how the problem is dealt with. As I am sure that the issue was sent to print 3 weeks ago there might not have been much urgency with sorting out the problem.

We will see.
