          Hi All,

The Lass had her first voyage on Sunday before our hectic yacht racing started at Mote Park Maidstone, all good I will save the other on the water shots for the article in Septembers issue, still lobster pots etc to make after my holiday next week 🙂

          WLOTW3Regards  Ray

            Hi Ray

Let me congratulate you on another fine project.  Does need a bit of fish oil, grease and some soot stains from an exhaust on the transom.

            Are you off to Nerja?

Looking forward to seeing you in September and we will get a few yachts afloat in Andratx harbour. I am thinking:

            Footloose (IOM)
            Too Easy (IOM)
            Skinny Jeans (RG65)
            Silver Machine (RG65)
            Wild Duck
            Eventide
            Galileo

I have been collecting transmitters so we could get them on the water at the same time.

              Thanks Tim,

I’m the sad person who takes Airfix aeroplane kits with me on holiday, I can only chill to a certain extent !!

Yes my favourite hotel in Nerja the Riu Monica, meeting up with my old friends for annual get together, my old friend Gerald from Pembrokeshire is good company as he was Chief engineer aboard HMS Diana Daring Class destroyer in the 1960’s. then went onto fast patrol boats with gas turbine engines.

Yes the Mallorca trip in September for some sailing with you 🙂

              Best Regards  Ray

Lovely looking model Ray, looks perfect on the water.  I like the way the planks can still be individually seen internally, exactly as you would expect.  Your comment about taking plastic aircraft kits on holiday made me smile.  I used to do that as a teenager.

You will need a good smack Ray if you don’t finish this one first….
