You went to the wrong part of Colfu then. We stayed at a place on the North East coast within sight of the Durrell’s old place, a very nice spot in 2011 . Having said that the general atmosphere in Corfu is not a nice as the other islands and the drive from our hotel to the town was terrifying! To busy checking out the next potential accident to size up the mermaids…

Odourless, foam safe or standard of any viscosity I react within a minute.

Itchy eyes and a streaming snotty nose.

Superphatic is now my weapon of choice!

If I do HAVE to use CA I have a chemical full carbon filter face mask that covers mouth and nose.

It’s inhalation that sets me off.

You have my sympathy. The Bob Smith odourless is the first one I have been able to live with but everyone has their own level of sensitivity. My general preference is also for Superphatic if it is up to the job.

Thankfully my left eye now seems to have settled down after a couple of years of feeling a little dry.  I am now extremely cautious when using cyanoacrylate, especially the extra thin, which seems to be the biggest culprit.

Richard. I dare say there are more volatiles in the thin stuff gassing off.

Perhaps a little fan..like the small ones now being sold for hand held use would be advantageous blowing across the work and dispersing said volatiles.

Have been using mitre bond lately. A very thick superglue type glue that comes with a fixing spray. Puff one bit and apply glue to the other and press together..instant set. It’s very thick but doesnt go off very quickly on its own thus giving you wriggle time. Diy stores.
