How do members rate RC equipment

Hi all ,i like futaba radio ,i have used futaba for over 30 years and never had any problems .i allso have a planet 5 system ,it works ok but its not as good as futaba .as they say you pays your money and takes your chance. sammyk

I agree with Sammyk I have a mixture of Futaba 6EX, Robbe F14, Planet 5 and 7. The Planets are not as well built but have have no problems so far apart from a loose battery connection on the Planet 5 but easily mended.

I'd recommend anyone who buys a cheap radio to open it up and have a look inside. Check the joints and screws for tightness, etc.

One way to add cheapness while keeping features is to have no quality control.
