It occurs to me that this isn’t really covered elsewhere in the forum! a space to post pics and comments on what you’ve got up to (with your boats)

So I’ll kick this of with some pics and a video of our clubs 1st sailing meeting of the year.
As you’ll see the weather smiled on us on Sunday if a little breezy. Highlight of the day for me was a bit of a suprise, Not being a masive warship fan, A 1/196th scale scratch built Scharnhorst on its maiden sailing. quite an impressive peice of work really.

It looks like no one does any thing at the weekend  or else they don’t want to share it.

either way we had a fun sail this weekend in support of a local charity egg hunt and my 1st attempt at organising a club event. I have to say the members did me proud with lots turning out. The weather was superb and we had about  300 spectators too. all in all an excellent Easter Sunday afternoon.

Now a few pics taken by a good friend.

My SS Tonedalen from the MB SS Noggsund free plan out of card/grp listing heavily in a stiff gust
            and sailing as she should

a nice (Fleet tender?) negotiating the buoy’s

A view across the pond at the pilot line and docks

a few of the nice models on display between sailings

My HL24 (Lady Sarah) on her way to a clear round (NB Must tighten the course next time)

A classic kit I believe! perhaps some one can Identify! DM maybe)

That lovely fleet tender? en-route between obstacles

One of a few nice tugs leaving the Start dock

This promising work in progress is a damen stan tug

My HL24 moored in the dock between sailings

We only launched the rescue boat once all day! A result I’d say.

Well there you have it a great day with great weather at a lovely venue.
