Wanted, Model Wooden Boat Builder

My dad 1/2 build a wooden ‘Arc Royal’ ship kit in the 1940’s. Having got married he never found time to finish it. Having died, I would like to see it finished.
It mainly requires the sail’s to be erected and the bodywork tidying up. No crows nest’s or rigging exists but the cloth sail’s do exist.
I think my grandad painted the ship with oil paint, being an artist, and I am an artist also. I would like to keep the ‘Old’ appearence so I could repaint bits of it, with the right paint, but I cannot do the construction.
There are 3 sheets outlining construction.

It is about 1 foot 8 inches long
Could anybody interestad give me a rough Idea of the price for completion.
