As i understand it, “brightside” varnish is no longer available.

May I suggest using “Le Tonkinios”, this passed the “Classic Boat” magazine trials after some forty months. It is a natural varnish, is easy to apply, and comes up beatifully. I can recommend it any model or big boats for that matter.
