Unusual Torpedo Boat

I am a member of the Oeamtc, Austrian equivalent of the AA or RAC and get a monthly magazine. This article was in the digital edition, in German of course, but well worth scrolling through the photos and videos. Absolutely fascinating and a relatively simple boat to model, although not without a few challenges I would say.

Very interesting. Looks a bit like the Italian (sort of) sidewall hovercraft job, a 20s thing if I remember right.

​With that very flat front slamming would have been bad in any sort of weather. As a model I should think it would be a goer, but with all that lifting power at the bow keeping the nose down would be an issue.

​The Seagull looks very small for a torpedo boat, again, wot about the bad weather useability of it?
