After a long wait i recived my shafts and rudders from a well known supplier . The rudders were rubbish and a waste of time ,now i find the shafts are too short . This is normaly a most excelent company so why have they made this mistake . Now i’m going to either dig in my junk box or buy new shafts
any one else had this sort of problem??.
ps keeping the origanal rudders and props

As you have not mentioned the supplier it is hard to comment on , but first thoughts are , have you contacted the supplier regarding your concerns.?

If they are a good company and you explain the situation I’m sure they will be willing to do a substitution. They will have your name on file.

No point in paying for the wrong items.

I think it’s only fair to contact the supplier and resolve your problem that way. Unless you actually reveal their name then your question (“Has anyone else had this problem?”) can never be answered without guesswork. I’m pretty sure I know the people and they would be anxious to correct any misunderstanding and replace the items with the proper ones.
As a model trader myself I know that it is most discouiraging to see this sort of posting about your products on an open Internet forum.
