Hi Harry. The issue is that the pull/push of the prop is very high at the rear. The only thing that could be done is to have a slightly downwards angle on the prop, to attempt to push the rear end down, but that would look really odd.
As it stands, I could probably move the battery back a bit to compensate.
Its well fast as it is, and actually not having to use full throttle is good for the current consumption. I will try some smaller props. It is fitted with a 5.5 X 2 at the moment.
It also tells me that the original motor was far too high speed (3700Kv) and although was only taking its max allowed current, obviously wasn’t producing the sort of thrust this motor is. I think they are probably about the same wattage, just much lower Kv on the new one, 2600.
