To Renew or not to Renew? Subscription Query.

Just before Christmas I received a letter from Tower House reminding me that my current annual subscription ends with the  Feb issue and inviting me to complete the attached form and return if I wish it to continue.

This I did and posted it back on 4th Jan.

Yesterday I received another identical letter and form inviting me once more to renew my subscription, so now I don’t know if the original application I made has been received by MyHobbyStore Ltd. or not.

I have tried http://www.subscrptions.co.uk as given in the letter, but that is just an on line application site without any provision for a personal enquiry to be made.

Just who do I need to contact to check all is well with my original application?
