Submarine plan

Hi, Scratching my head here I was certain there was a free plan of a submarine in the Mag, can anyone put me onto which issue it was, Cheers !

Andy. I built my Oberon sub based on a Hal Harrison free plan in 2009. The plan would have appeared in that year or poss 2008, to narrow the search down!

i may have the mag, will check.

Now, that one was in MMI, their submarine special , can’t see the date. Plan of course NOT in mag anymore…poss in my plans folder. I seem to remember receiving a pm from Hal at the time, as mine only uses two channels and has been modified from plans somewhat.

I think there was a very simple dynamic-diving model called Spook by Glynn Guest, although I can't recall in which issue of MB it was published.

B`heck doesn't time fly, I was pretty sure that issue wasn't that far back, I thought it was only last year, no wonder I couldn't find it Ashley, Good looking Oberon class you built, Sorry I can't PM you, don't know how to do that. Thanks for the link Colin, When I start I'll keep it posted. Ive been wanting to give that model a try since seeing it in that issue. Just recently came across a 27mgh radio and a broken receiver, Thats all fixed now and after my holiday I'll make a start on the build. Ray, all good here thanks, summer is finally over so all the Louis L'amour books back in the bookcase.
