The best is Servo Shop (Steve Webb Models). The cheapest is not necessarily the best, but probably either E-Bay or one of the Hong Kong hobby warehouses.

Good old Steve Webb lives not far from me and has always provided excellent service (going back before the days of the interweb) first class products just like those from Action…a good plug deserves a freebee eh!

I only buy from fleabay using paypal then if the bits don't work I can get my money back.

Howes flog some nice small servos at a good price.

Or you get lucky and a friend says to you gosh I have a lot of r/c tat here; are these 6 brand new Futaba servos any good to you i`ll take a couple of quid each. As was handy for the carpet carrier just when I needed a servo!!!
