Hi there, can anyone tell me how to convert a servo into a small motor and speed control, or point me in the direction of a suitable website containing instructions to do this job. I have a mind to motorise an airfix mtb, cant afford minature motors ect but I have loads of spare servos.
      Many thanks, Nick

          Search robotics and “servo hack”
The ones with the modification already done have the deadband increased from the standard 8u SEC to 15 uSEC .That means they have about 4 clicks of your trim ratchet to cover the zero point instead of two.
