I have just heard from Paul's wife Jane that Paul suffered a further heart attack on Saturday and is presently recovering in hospital. I have asked her to keep me informed of his progress.

He is sufficiently well enough to be worrying about some photos he promised to send me so hopefully that is a good sign.

I'm sure you will all join me in wishing paul a speedy recovery and return to the Forum.

Paul has been transferred to the BUPA hospital and is feeling better but is very weak. He has asked for his computer so that he can work up a design that he thought up whilst in ICU. He says it is ideal for Ashley and its a foamboard hovercraft.

I am taking his computer in later but thankfully the staff have agreed not to connect the internet for him.

Some good news , Jane you must be releived …..hope Paul be be up and active soon .

my wife Brenda whent through the same ordeal with me while i had a triple by pass ,

i back on sites with in a month , so he will be glad of confort . and loving care ..

and nice drop of builders tea and a bacon buttie to look forward to ……..

our thoughts are with you Brenda and Larry……

Jane informs me that, all being well, Paul will be discharged from hospital tomorrow to recuperate at home.He is apparently still very weak but hopefully being back will help things along.

I'm back from my little adventure and thank you for all of the kind words.
