need help with motor size & prop

I have a small venice type motor boat

Hi I have been given a used motor boat approx. 20" x 6.5" by only 2.5" from deck to the keel. so not much space. I will need a very small powerful motor.

Any one out there that can suggest what motor & prop I can use , it would be a great help.

Check 'Frequently Asked Questions' on RH column of this page. Files must be JPG and I'd suggest 300-400Kb.

For a brushed motor setup I would suggest the one I used in my little 20" Swordsman i.e. 7.2v Speed 400 **LINK**, MTroniks Micro 10A ESC **LINK**, 7,2v NiMH AA pack **LINK**, 25mm 3-blade prop. If the NiMH pack is too large then you'll need to go to a LiPo 2S.
