Hi Everyone Im looking for model boaters in the Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire area.. I need 5 to10 people to join myself and my son for an event which dacorum borough council are holding on sunday the 15th september at Hemel Hempstead Bank Court and Water Gardens. We have been asked to put on a small display of radio controlled boats electric only no speed boats or steam or fuel at this stage. The event is to show case to the public what the council would like to do on the regeneration of the water gardens some time in the future part of this is to reopen part of the water gardens for model boats run by a club which we are also in the process of setting up. the council will cover us for liability for this day so all you need to do is meet with us on the morning of the event with your boat..so if you would like to join us or even help us organise this or are interested in the club please email your contact details to [email protected] and we will be intouch as soon a posible ( please note that all this is in the planning stages and may be withdrawn at anytime) Thank you Nigel
