Hi David,

 

Have you sailed her yet?  How does she go and is the rudder effective?  Was wondering if she if better is light winds – or can you remove some sail?  Very interested to know of your experiences with her and if you have an enclosed pond on which to safely sail her?

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately this is purely a display piece and have not had a chance to sail her! Sorry for any dissappointment!

 

I have another boat ‘Kate’ currently being restored, and she will be a fully functioning model – I have some pictures in my album if you are interested in her progress.

 

Sorry I could not be of any help – and I hope that you enjoyed ‘Betsy’, she is now taking up most of a mantle piece in my brothers house!
