Tough men too! I am currently building a trawler, the wife has asked me what the little windows (freeing ports) at deck level are for? This video explains them better than I could!!

The Columbia River is a big one but extremely difficult to navigate due to the notorious bar at its mouth.
After watching the video I think I would rather be a postman
