Archive access

I am trying to get into the archive but the system wants my ID number. I am not aware of having one. The help link says it is on the flyer with the magazine but I only receive the digital version, hence no flyer and no ID. Any clues anybody?

Hi Gordon,

When you took out your digital subscription you should have received a subscription number/reference.

If you no longer have this then contact Mortons Subscriptions

Hello Colin,

I do have the same kind of problem to go to the archiv. I get the info :

The credentials are valid, but no active subscription was found!

 

I renewed my subscription last November for this year.

Have been in contact with Pocketmags, they too tell me I do not have

a valid subscription but send me every month the info for the new mag.

I emailed them as per Colin’s suggestion and they duly gave me my ID number.

Funny,

I was  in contact with Mortons they tell me I do not have access for I have subscription done at Pocketmags and therefor I don’t can see the archiv.

Funny that it worked all the last 20 month. Or do I have missed some special information about ownerchange?
