any use?

i have been donated a couple of motors and have no idea if tis one is any good anybody out there know what to do with this?its quite a large lump hopefully its not just ballast

With a bit of a lube and soak on the end bearings, it might be worth checking out on 12 volts. If it hasn't been abused and damaged in its earler life, it should be good for its intended purpose.

Since it dates from days before radio control, It might need to have supressors ftted – this might be a problem.

Big motors like that always useful in larger craft. They are Mabuchi, so a reasonable make.

I would be looking to make something for them if I were you Eric!
