I am building a model of the “Invincible”. Where are the Navigation Lights positioned, anyone know? That is how it should read.

I think that what Andrew means is that the ship was extensively modified over the years and the position of various fittings changed. So if we know which year you are depicting the model it will be easier to give advice as people may have photographs etc.

Hello Andrew Not Invincible but these pictures may be of some help .The pictures show the port and starboard  nav lights atop of the bridge on HMS Illustrious .

Hello Robert should have got the name right. Any way I have managed to source a picture of HMS Invincible originally featured in Range Finder issue 582 .It was quite some time back, 1997 I think . As you can see the starboard nav box is positioned in the same location . Hope this helps .

thanks guys had a lot of pictures when she visited greenock around 2000 and was using these as a build guide but did not have a good shot of the navigation lights but davids picture sorted that for thanks again to all
