540 Motors and their uses

@mikefarrell21522Hi All I have a selection of 540 motors from 24 turn basics to 6 turn superfast free runners. Problem is I,m not sure where I go with props in regards to sizes . For example my 6 turn will run at 24000 revs almost from stand still unlessI use the throttle very spareing . Even the 24 turn motors run at 19000 to 21000 revs So where do I start or do I get shot of the lot . A final thought is I,m about to build a 1/12 Scale lifeboat so any use there .Any thoughts appreciated
