Can anyone assist please ?

I have been attempting to order some spares for my model water jet unit from KMB in Berlin .

Previously no problem now it seems the UK is not on the list of countries they will deliver to . Has anyone else had this problem if so how did they overcome it – is there a UK stockist ,so far I cannot find one ?

KMB are not responding to either on-line message via their website or email.

Hoping someone has information as I now have a model which took over a year to build and is currently non operational awaiting spares !

When I attempt to check out and pay a message 'Invalid address' stops me going any further. My address is on my account with them and is the one used on previous occasions but even re-entering my address still brings up the message as above.

I wondered if it is a glitch in their system but so far they have not replied to my attempts to contact them over the past ten days.
