Spares for KMB water jets

Can anyone assist please ?

I have been attempting to order some spares for my model water jet unit from KMB in Berlin .

Previously no problem now it seems the UK is not on the list of countries they will deliver to . Has anyone else had this problem if so how did they overcome it – is there a UK stockist ,so far I cannot find one ?

KMB are not responding to either on-line message via their website or email.

Hoping someone has information as I now have a model which took over a year to build and is currently non operational awaiting spares !

Are you able to contact any acquaintance in any other European Country that they might ship to?

I went to their website, placed an item in the basket and went to the drop down list of countries available to ship to, see below. The UK was there on the list.

As they have the site available in English as well as German and they advise that there is both an English and a German shopping cart they obviously do ship to the UK

When I attempt to check out and pay a message 'Invalid address' stops me going any further. My address is on my account with them and is the one used on previous occasions but even re-entering my address still brings up the message as above.

I wondered if it is a glitch in their system but so far they have not replied to my attempts to contact them over the past ten days.

Well seeing we are not allowed to fly over Germany direct to the Ukraine with supplies doubt it's a brexit thing
