HELP!! Does anyone know where I can get a keel bulb for a True Blue to replace mine that is now under 10 feet of water?

You might need to get inventive and use a spare for a Monsoon or similar – the cases are listed as available and not expensive – "just" need filling with lead shot.

Hi Peter

I'm just going to Wickes to buy a roll of lead flashing to cast a keel weight for my latest project, have you thought about casting a replacement all you need is a wooden pattern and some plaster of paris for a mould, but depends on knowing the size & weight of the one that dropped off ?

Thanks Ray but I have now modified an unidentified but similar sized fin and keel that I had in my 'spares box'. Will be interested to talk about casting next time we meet though!

Thanks Malcolm, the Monsoon keel bulb might well be a solution if I can now find somewhere to buy one!!
