Thought I would put up some piccys of my new workshop space.

Open the door and what's inside

It has taken about 25 weeks to go from an unused garage space to a kitchen extension, utility room and my new workshop. Loads more pics of the build if people are really interested, but at the end I get a really nice clean (for now) space. Still not quite finished as there is no workbench, just my toolbox and an old IKEA wardrobe. I am thinking about using some kitchen units and a counter top to make up the workbench space.

I unfortunately failed one of my five exams, so a retake in November and then I can really get started building Stuff.

First on the list will be to finish the hovercraft off, then I might build one of Paul's plans. Not sure yet. Still have the Gup to think about too.

Thanks for the comments. Bob is on the right track. It is a little drafty, but more to the point, I keep banging me noggin. They had to raise the floor level up to that of the rest of the extension. Side opening doors will be fitted, but not for a while. Just have to wear a hard hat. I was not expecting the walls or floor to be finished, just thought I would have to put up with a dusty room. Nice surprise though.

Hot drinks and Toast, hmm I was thinking beer fridge in the corner!!!
