Paul Morris,
I know that you were in contact with a "Neil of Fleetwood", and he suggests the following
A question was recently put onto Model Boats by a gentleman calling himself Paul Morris 3 with regards to where to obtain plans to build a Lifeboat Station building.
However in answer to Paul Morris 3…. many of the old stations were built many years ago, and all station builds were contracted out to builders with specific building techniques ( such as those needing drilling and piling for slipways.
I doubt that the stations themselves would keep any records of builders or plans for their stations, and only the RNLI headquarters at Poole would do so….even if the builders were still around.
So, I would start there, but if they cannot find plans to your station of Choice, then the only ones I could think of other than the RNLI is Land Registry UK, and their site is here, and Headquarters for England is Lytham St Annes.

They do hold all sorts of plans and records for buildings registered throughout the UK…….they might have some for relevant lifeboat stations.
