can i pick up spaeres for my e boat and woild i get away wth brass stanchion railss all round

Andy geezer.. you are not making much sense there…

Brass stanchion rails would certainly work…but why "get away with??" brass stanchions are pretty much standard fare. Doesnt the kit come with stanchions??

OR is it this that you need the spares for????

Sorry ashley long hours over the past few days 26 hours in work out of 48 !!!! .The kit does come with stanchions but i dont go much for them as they are plastic and not very well moulded . I could do with the stanchions that are a solid railing set and maybe the torpedo's but i guess i can knock them up out of some dowel .Again many thanks for taking the time to reply

Andy. Knocking some torpedoes up, preferably in balsa, may be a good move in any event to relieve top-weight!

How big are the stanchions.. could you make your own..brass rod and wire…soldered together over a former (wood , carefull drawn lines and small panel pins??

Ashley i do like your idea of soldering but i would rather use the stanchions as my soldering is not that tidy and would probably sink the boat !!!!! Speaking of stanchions my local shop , antics, are having dificulties with suppliers so any ideas on other shops or just look about the net

I got mine from Fea-bay (Robbe 1510 Railing Stanchion 25mm) in packets of 10.

You will need 4 packs for the Boote.and I used brass rod and cable for the railings etc.
