was needing to know if there is better plans for the myhobbystore tyne lifeboat and what is the scale of it
A 31" model of a 47' hull gives a scale of 1:18 if I pressed the right buttons on my calculator.
You can buy a full set of drawings for the Tyne direct from the RNLI and support them at the same time.

I have the hull and the plans that come with it, the hull is 29"
47 feet X 12 = 564 inches, 564 / 29 = 19.5, so a nominal 1:20.
Dimensions of the real thing from Wiki – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyne-class_lifeboat
