          Cobby,

Dave mentions in the article that he sourced his items from S.H.G. Model Supplies

          **LINK**

Download their catalogue and you will see that they offer a radio control conversion kit for Snowberry. That will have the items you need. Best to contact them first to ensure that the components are available and get the latest price.

This is a very popular model for R/C conversion and there are various build logs etc. on the internet if you do a search.

              **LINK**

              and here:

**LINK** where it mentions that the propshaft is 6 inches long.

                I found :

                Propshaft DD 6

and 160-05 Brass Power Prop 3Bl-40-R-M4

                are they correct?

                  I mean:

                  Deans Marine Kyte motor

6" prop shaft with oil filler –>Propshaft DD 6

3 bladed brass prop —-> 160-05 Brass Power Prop 3Bl-40-R-M4

                  Marine 5 speed controller

                  7.2v nicad battery pack.

                  Universal prop shaft coupling

Existing kit rudder bonded to smaller rudder with resin

                  Futaba 2 channel radio.

Runs 3-4 hours at slightly over scale speed.
