Hello

Can any on help…..

In the article on page 54/5 about the Goole Model Boat Club open day there is a red sailed boat that appears in a few of the pictures and I wondered if anyone could enlighten me as to details about it.

Hi Adrian – I'm afraid the author of that particular article did not supply any captions purely because she is not a 'model boater'. However, I would have thought a message to Goole MBC would be the answer. The clubs website is at the end of the article. Cheers Martyn

Hi Adrian,

The boat is a Mirror dinghy from a commercial kit, I believe from Australia, not been available now, I have the full-size dinghy for my grandchildren to learn sailing, sponsored by the Daily Mirror designed by Jack Holt very popular DIY stitch & glue plywood construction in the 1960's

The crew on board is rather on the small side the dinghy is only 10 feet long
