I'm building Hemingway's boat "Pilar", and needed a Cuban ensign for the mast… which amazingly wasn't in the BECC catalog. Asked Chris, agreed on a price, and less than 2 weeks later, here's the flag in my mailbox, in Michigan!

Hi Patrick, that's very good, and handy to know they will do custom flags/ensigns. Without disclosing your deal can we assume it was very reasonable? Obviously it would be a bit dearer for a custom flag.

Not dear at all in this case, maybe he thought it would be good for the catalog, being a national flag. He does do unique model club burgees and such, but there’s a minimum buy for those as I recall.
