      Bought my new project on Monday…. it was delivered today……. A chance email to Tina at SLEC on Monday enquiring about when the Lesro Sportsman plan or kit was going to be available to purchase.

      I got a reply from Tina saying that the kits were in the process of being put on to the website and that I could purchase one today.

      I am no the owner of one of the new Sportsman kits. Now I have to find the time to build it…. in between the many other things that I'm working on….

      Its forty years since I built my first Aero kit….. the 34" Crash Tender fitted with a Merco 35.

          Keep us informed of your progress (with photos) David as I shall probably have a trip over to SLEC on Thursday and get a Sportsman. Couldn't resist the temptation.devil

            Sportsman.

            Collected a Sportsman kit from SLEC yesterday and now looking forward to starting the build sometime after Christmas. The photo is of SLEC's completed model and it looks an absolute cracker.

            The hull in the background is a Huntsman which is in the course of development and they had another one in the office which was almost complete. It will, obviously, be a beautiful boat but, sorry to say, that I am now too old to contemplate any more kits. Keep a look out for it as it will certainly be worth buying.
