        This is an idea for boats with funnels to locate the vessel on the bottom.

        I tested it in a bucket of water and works OK.

          Hi Harry……….Good idea

          For plastic boats etc, a floating wreck marker is essential

          Here's mine, disguised as a hatch……….Never been used though!

              Food for thought , you would need a good length of string/nylon line or whatever. A funnel is an easy place to stow something like that.
