Its surprising how the nose dips down at the bow when one would expect it to come up?

Looks more like a private yacht rather than a navy vessel.

Reverse sheer is quite common these days on fast planning boats. just look on youtube at Safehaven marine's pilot and service boats……all quite pronounced.
