      Any suggestions for what size prop shaft to accommodate a 40mm prop to go into the " snowberry "

          Length to suit the motor position, that’s quite short in a Snowberry. Diameter to suit the thread of your prop. A lightweight shaft is fine, this is a low power model.

            A 6" shaft should site the motor conveniently and allow space for a double coupling.

              You want to keep the motor as far back as possible.

              Because you will want to add ballast and trim weights. The further forward you put the motor, the more you are constrained in positioning big items like gel-cells…
