      After a short absence from the hobby (50years)!! I have recently rekindled my interest. I'm planning to build a Swordsman model and have already found the plans on the internet.

      I have an 8cc Taplin Twin engine which may need some tlc to bring back to life but have been unable to find any engine restorers listed on the internet. I know that i.c. engines are not as popular as when I was last modelling, but live close to Bridlington Club which still have a power boat section.

      Does anyone know of a reputable engine restorer?

              Have you tried "Just Engines" they do repairs and overhauls to engines,

                Thanks Raymond. I did try Just Engines, they could not help but gave me a lead to a couple of contacts. One of them Mike Crisp can help, and has experience of working on Taplin Twins. Very grateful for the suggestion.
