I have been looking around the web for pictures and plans of a boat called the Dolphin. This boat featured in MM a very long time ago and seems like a nice easy build. While I was searching I came across a link to all the back issues of the magazine.

It starts in Jan 1967 and part 2 is the following month. Their is some fantastic articles in these old magazine and it is amazing that they are all free to browse and keep.

Hi All

I have been reading through some of the issues of Meccano Magazine. Found an interesting article or two, but most interesting of all is who has been editor and a contributing writer. The name Vic Smeed I know from various books and his boat plans. In 1972 a gentleman by the name of Trevor Holloway wrote a piece on the port of London. could this be our very own Trevor who walks the very pages of this Forum?
