hi does antyone no the part number for the back trim plate and arm on the back of the slipway tamar. scale 1.16. i have been on to slipway but they will not sell them without part numbers,so if anyone can help please. lost my trim plate and arm last week. thanks geoff

Hello Geoff

I think that is a very poor demonstration of customer liaison!

Slipway should have told you what the part number is!……Since you are the customer and intend buying the parts anyway!

I detect some communication breakdown here, as Jackie is always the epitome of good customer relations. The part numbers are usually shown both on the plan and in the instruction leaflet.

hi bob i was thinking the same thing to bob very odd by slipway. I have sent them another email asking them how do i get part number but no reply yet. thanks geoff

hi dave sadly i only have part of the plan ,but it does not have the trim on it . also can not find book for it lost when we moved house .thanks geoff

From my friend's Instruction Manual:

T27 Hinges (2 x castings)

T28 Rams (2 x castings)

E11 Brackets (2 x brass etchings)

E12 Port tab (Brass etching)

E13 Starboard tab (Brass etching)

There should be no problem with the castings but you may have to buy a whole sheet of brass etchings to get the ones you need. That could be very expensive, even if Slipway will sell you one at cost.
