dolls house craft shops……look on my album 3 model lifeboats..just put a picture on there of the largest size I have seen…….there are smaller ones including "T" bar hinges.

Given your description of the door I would use strips of flexible clear acetate encapsulated within the door construction as hinges.

If the doors are already made glue the acetate strips onto the door / frame and cover the acetate with brass coloured foil, both the acetate and brass foil are easy to cut into a hinge shape and the acetate is strong enough to perform as a hinge.

May I suggest using model aircraft aeleron hinges .At about 1 mil thick and about 5mil deep and 10 mil long could fit .When useing these hinges I set up my dremel router up and useing a 1 mil diamond cutter slide door onto the blade and bingo a slot to slide the hinge into .this will allow you to completely hide the hinge (will only be used in an insitue door.Hope it mifgt help Michael
