Alan,

Sorry but free plans are not included as part of the digital subscription as it is not practical to provide them in this format (One reason why the digital subscription costs less than the magazine isubscription). You can request them from MyHobbyStore customes services if they are not listed in the plans catalogue yet, but you will have to pay the normal price for them.
