At the moment this printers error has only been reported by a small number of Australian readers! If you have one of these copies then please contact either Subscriptions or MHS Customer Services with your full details (Name, Address, Subs number) and you will be sent another copy.
I was one of the Australian readers that got pages 11-18 and 67-74 missing.
