Slo Mo is actually airbourne here!……The prop is just about water piercing!………………..Notice that little shape in the middle hanging down?

I wonder if the hull was intended to be an aerofoil shape to give increased lift?

But it could have hit a wave and lifted when the picture was taken

      Great action shot!……………….Bob

I am looking forward to seeing a similar photo of your model doing the same, Bob!

No problems. Bob`s is going to fly!  true, it needs some work, but i have no doubts he will eventually get there

The prop looks like more of an air screw there, must have hit a wave.

The little shape…surely not a front rudder??  no cant be.. a blade hanging from one of the “skegs” at the side perhaps?  seaweed?

the thing hanging down is a turn fin. its designed to give the hydro some form of front end sideways grip to enable the boat to turn.

Ashley…….Thank you for those reckless words of confidence!

Don`t think we`ll ever get on the plane proper, but with the pointed nose modification, Slo Mo should be able to dash about, like a speed boat…………….and that`s all I`m hoping for!

I was thinking of a larger prop to give the spectaculat surface piercing effect…as a crowd pleaser
