Thanks for your comments and having looked at your scratch builds, it makes me proud that you liked my first attempt.

The ramp drops and the £20 r/c tank rolls onto the beach with gun blazing, great fun, I even surprised myself what you can do with a bit of 1/8th ply and a few plastic soldiers.

I’m on to the second scratch build at present and am making a Florida Airboat from free plans from http://www.cajunairboats.com.

Bob, OBVIOUSLY its waiting its landing orders…

It is very difficult getting the right “action” photo, especially with a digital camera, unless its a SLR jobbie.
