Mark. I do not have a GWS charger, but the one I do have charges as either 300mA or 600 mA. The question of time is relativley simple…wait until the little green light says they are fully charged!!!!

1800mA hr battery pack….3 hrs (ish) at 600mA  (3X600)   O.K, its a bit simple, but thats about it..!   .i dislike fast charging as I dont think it does the batteries much good in the long term.

Dont let the batteries get too hot

The voltage of the packs is irrelevant; the charge rate depends on their capacity. Slow charge at C/10 and fast charge at no more than 2C, where C is the “Amps” part of the capacity value. For example, C for a 3300mAH pack is 3.3A, so slow charge at 330 mA for 14-15 hours and fast charge at 6.6A for 30 minutes. Discharge the pack to 1v per cell before fast charging. All of this should be in the manual which came with the charger.
Before anyone leaps in with the predictable reply e.g. “fast charge at 5C and my packs are OK”,  these values are recognised as safe for chargers which aren’t fitted with auto-discharge and voltage delta-peak cut-off – neither of which I trust anyway!
Suit yourself – works for me.
