          Hi Paul,

Give us a clue to the size/length of the keel you are trying to clamp??

          Regards Ray

Do you mean something like this?

This model is about 270mm long (Bount'y Jolly Boat)

I find this stand very useful for small stuff.

Without being flippant….a workmate does it for me on larger stuff!

The London was built fairly much clamped in the workmate. Actually, not a REAL workmate but a cheap Homebase one..sturdy enough. The real workmate usually has a bit of kitchen worktop on it, my building board.
