      Hi

I have just acquired a Equipage Riviera 80, can some body reccomend a suitable motor esc combo to suit.

I was hoping to use 3s 2500 li po,s from my electric heli's for power.

      Thanks Clive

If you Google 'Equipage Riviera 80' (other search engines are available…) you will find several links to builds with the details you require. There's no reason why you shouldn't use those battery packs as long as they suit the motor. If you hang around here I suspect you'll eventually get a reply from a certain Aussie….

You make the fundamental error of assuming that a separate piece of land constitutes a separate country. To us thick Brits Tasmania is part of Australia, just as the Balearics and the Canary Islands are Spanish and Madeira is Portuguese. The UN seems to side with us on this occasion…..just don't mention the Falklands.

The channel islands and Falklands are British, but, like Tasmania it is treated like a second class part of the country.

That all I am posting on this an a respect of this website.

The Channel Islands are hardly a second-class part of Britain. You only have to look at the price of housing there. The Falklands are a remnant of Empire and retained only because of possible mineral rights for the UK and in deference to the sheep farmers who are still mad enough to live there.

I'm sorry if you took offence – none was intended.

                      Hello Harry

I have always wanted to visit Tasmania ever since my cousin spent 6 months there, he especially liked Marrawah Beach and its local the Marrawah Tavern.

Reading the comments on this thread I can see that Dave didn't mean any offence but this is a classic example of how the written word can be miss-understood and seen in a different light.

                      Happy new year Harry

Tasmania is indeed a lovely place, and more than worth a visit — I've been twice, and am planning to go back there again!
