Hi Chris and welcome to the forum.
I interpret the lack of posts to mean that no one can positively identify your boat. It does look like the common RTR job, as sold for ages by Nauticalia, for instance.
Unfortunately the hull is not likely to come apart very easy, and ABS plastic one will be welded together by the glue and if its fibreglass it will be very thin and damage easily. If you MUST open it up then a DREMEL may be the best method, saw it with the cutty blade.
Why do you want to split the hull?? are you going to fit it out with new gear? or just glue it up properly (but could just run resin or whatever around the inside) The RTR has two props, the ones I have seen, for steering (such that it is)…using differential prop control means no rudders and hence can be made cheaper.
You would want rudders, and for my money, a single shaft.
How large is this item please???
