Is there something wrong with the photo album? I can't add pictures any more. When I click on "album,"it opens up OK, but when I click on "add photos" nothing happens at all!

Still working OK for me Bob, I put a couple of new albums on today. Try logging off and clearing your PC cache.

Thanks Colin, that fixed it!smiley I thought I knew how to clear the cache, but, usual thing, it had changed again, and I had to search Google for cache clearing Windows 7 (recently changed from Vista)

              Hello Bob

I`m having the same trouble posting pictures

The system is most erratic…………So I can`t really blame Win10 either!

              It could be the weather?

It was locked solid until I cleared the cache, and then working smoothly again!smiley

                  Hi Bob

Before Win10 was installed, the unwanted files were only 20MB or so……..Even after a few days

But now…….100MB is quite common?……….After a few hours!

Just noticed a new thread from official sources

                    All about clearing your cache

It's mostly, a foreign language to me, but is probably the root of our troubles

                      Bob (A)

I have just had the same problem as you in that I could not add any photos to my Spider J album. I have just cleared the cache in Chrome and the problem is fixed. I have never had to do this before so it looks like something has changed on the website. Its not a Window 10 specific problem, I am still using Vista.

The IT people have been making some changes on the website to allow it to run on different devices so it could be something to do with that.

This would appear to be following on "standard" computer "progress." A few days ago, I could put my images from Google photos on the site. It has now been "improved" so that feature no longer works!face 21

Just cleared 350mb from cache.     Will see if that improves things.

                              Does anybody know………?

Is clearing out the cache, the same as "Disc Cleanup"

Why won't the forum system start a new sentence on the next line instead of overwriting the previous

                              When I press "Return"

It's been doing this for almost two years now?

Bob…….Getting really brassed off and about to go into orbit!

                                Bob,

                                No it is not!

To clear the cache try this:

Click on Hamburger sign in top right of screen. (Hamburger sign is the three short horizontal bars piled on top of each other, a "geek" told me this as I was baffled by the term!surprise)

                                Then click on "Options"

                                Then click on "Advanced"

A box will appear telling you how many megabutes in your cache. There is also a button to press to "clear cache" This worked for me with Windows 7, so maybe similar with you on Windows 10!

I cleared my cache this morning, and already there is another 121 mb in it!

But your info doesn`t apply to Win10

                                  Somebody will know

It is, of course, written with the standard assumption that the reader knows everything there is to know about Windows 10 anyway!sad

Glad I have stuck with Windows 7!smiley

It looks as though Disc Cleanup does do something?

                                      As for the rest…………No chance

I`ve got a Great Granddaughter, aged 7……I`ll ask her?
